Planning
A 3D (CBCT) scan and examination show bone volume and nerve and sinus positions, so implant positions and the bridge design can be planned. Your medical history and medicines are reviewed.

Any remaining failing teeth are removed and four to six implants are placed per arch under local anaesthetic, with sedation available.
