What is a mock-up, and why does it matter?

This is often the most useful step. A screen image can look different from real teeth in real light. With a mock-up, you can ask for changes — slightly shorter, less white, softer corners — before any tooth is prepared. Not every case is suitable for a full mock-up, but when it is possible, it narrows the gap between expectation and result.

Where does smile design fit in your treatment timeline?

1. Before travel: you send a recent x-ray, straight-on photos (relaxed and smiling) and a short video of you talking. A provisional design and treatment proposal can be discussed remotely.
